INGREDIENTS
3 | lb | Pork roast, 3 to 4 |
1 | Butter beans, 16 oz. | |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
2 | T | Cornstarch |
INSTRUCTIONS
Roast pork according to cookbook instructions (approximately 2 hours for 3 to 4 pound roast). One half hour before pork is done pour previously heated mixture of butter beans and brown sugar over pork roast. Leave uncovered until roasting time is completed.
