Dairy Potatoes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Head garlic; peeled
2 lb Red potatoes; cleaned & quartered
1/2 c Milk
2 oz Butter
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
1/4 c Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees,coat garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil,place
on cookie sheet. Roast 20-30 minutes till well browned and soft. Boil
potatoes until tender,about 15 minutes,drain and place in mixer bowl, add
remaining ingredients and mix till mashed and combined. Adjust seasoning.
Per serving: 186 Calories; 9g Fat (45% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 22g
Car bohydrate; 26mg Cholesterol; 335mg Sodium
NOTES : I like real food!,so I dont peel the potatoes. If you love
garlic,use 2 heads!
