INGREDIENTS

2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
5 Bell peppers; any color, cut into
; 1-inch strips

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place all the ingredients except the
bell peppers in a medium-sized bowl; mix well. Add the pepper strips and
toss until well coated. Pour the mixture into a 9" x 13" baking dish and
bake for 20 minutes, or until tender.
