INGREDIENTS
4 | c | Fresh apple cider |
1/4 | c | Fresh ginger, diced |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |

INSTRUCTIONS
Puree together 1/4 cup apple cider and ginger and place puree in a saucepan with the remaining cider, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes over medium heat until reduced to the consistency of maple syrup.
