INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 lb Potato; Red, halved
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Coarse salt
1 ts Black pepper; cracked
2 Sprigs rosemary; fresh, seperated

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350F. In roating pan, combine all ingredients; toss to coat.
Roast 1.5 hours, turning occasionally, or until tender.
