2 | T | Salad oil |
1 | 16oz tomatoes, cut up | |
1 | Onion, sliced | |
1 | Stalk celery, thinly sliced | |
1 | T | Thick bottled steak sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Pour off excess fat. Put all in crockpot. Cover, cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Thicken juices with additional flour dissolved in water (small amount). Makes 5 to 6 servings.
