Dairy Apples, Cakes, Desserts 10 Servings

INGREDIENTS

5 c Apples, thinly sliced
8 oz White cake mix
5 1/2 T Butter, melted
1 c Rich milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter your baking dish or pan heavily. Spread fresh fruit in bottom
of pan. Most cake mixes are one pound--use 1/2 the box. Spread mix
over the fresh apples. Dot the dry mix generously with butter. Pour
rich milk or cream over all. Bake at 350~ for about 30 minutes or
until nicely browned. Serve warm with milk or whipped cream.  Posted to
