Name: Rock Cornish Game Hens En Casserole
Ingredients: 4 Cornish game hens cut in half; 1 Jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves; 1 c Italian dressing; 1/2 pk Onion soup mix

Testimony is, of course, popular in our postmodern, that’s-good-for-you age. Who would object to your thinking you’ve gotten something good from Christ? But wait and see what happens when you try to move the conversation from what Jesus has done for you to the facts of the life, death, and resurrection of Christ, and how that all applies to your nonbelieving friend. That’s when you discover that testimony is not necessarily evangelism.

INGREDIENTS

4		Cornish game hens cut in half
1		Jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves
1	c	Italian dressing
1/2	pk	Onion soup mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Place game hens in a casserole dish breast side up. Mix together next three
ingredients and spoon over hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15
minutes, basting now and then. Serve with fluffy rice, spooning sauce over
rice. Serves 6-8. Leave hens whole if you wish and you can also stuff them.
