INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients with the vinegar and shake well. Add the oil and shake
again. Shake before using.
NOTES:
* A mild oil and vinegar salad dressing -- This is a mild and slightly
sweet dressing. I got it from my mother, who has made it for years.
* This gets its name from the red color the paprika gives the dressing. It
works best with mild mustard, if you can find any.
