INGREDIENTS

200 g Flour (1 3/4 cups)
2 Eggs
1/8 l Milk (1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp)
1 pn Salt
50 g Lard (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Apples OR cracklings

INSTRUCTIONS

From the Ries area.
Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased bread pan. Top with sliced
apples or with cracklings, and bake.
If topped with fruit, dust with sugar; if with cracklings, salt, and serve.
Serves 4.
