INGREDIENTS

200 g Flour, 1 3/4 cups
2 Eggs
1/8 Milk, 1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp
1 pn Salt
50 g Lard, 3 1/2 Tbsp
Apples OR cracklings

INSTRUCTIONS

From the Ries area.  Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased
bread pan. Top with  sliced apples or with cracklings, and bake.  If
topped with fruit, dust with sugar; if with cracklings, salt, and
