INSTRUCTIONS
Lay 6 of the tortillas on a clean counter. Working quickly, so that they
don't dry out, lightly spread some cranberry sauce or honey mustard on the
tortilla and then cover it with a single, even layer of smoked turkey.
Arrange 2 slices of cheese across the bottom third of the turkey and top
with 1 of the lettuce leaves.
Roll up the tortilla and cut on an angle into 3 sections. Place sections
seam side down in a plastic container. As you make a layer, cover it with
plastic wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining 6 tortillas.
