Grated Romano cheese |

Cloves garlic |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Chill overnight;
remove garlic. Pour mixture into container of electric blender; blend well.
Serve with fresh vegetables. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
