INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain and rinse. In large pot
over medium meat, combine cornstarch, milk, broth, salt, garlic powder,
pepper, curry powder, cayenne and sugar. Bring mixture to boil, stirring
constantly. While sauce mixture is coming to boil, saute onions and
mushrooms in butter or olive oil. Remove thickened sauce from heat and stir
in Parmesan, turkey, mushrooms & onions, sherry, and sugar. Spoon into
large casserole, or two small ones, that have been sprayed with nonstick
cooking spray. Bake covered in 375 F degree oven 30 to 45 minutes, or until
mixture bubbles. Remove casserole from over, stir, replace lid, and allow
to cool
15 minutes before serving.

NOTES : Curry powder: Try to find curry powder at a middle eastern
grocery. MUCH better than what you get in the grocery store.
This makes a very large casserole, so either half it or fill one to freeze.
