Prep: 15 min, Cook: 15 min.
Turn on broiler. Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Cover saucepan and steam 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is just tender.
Drain and stir in pecans and Parmesan. Set aside and keep warm. Place
steaks between two sheets of wax paper and pound lightly with a mallet or
other heavy flat object to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Combine cheese,
butter and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until
smooth. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange steaks on
broiler pan and broil 3 minutes per side until just cooked throughout.
Remove steaks and arrange on toasted bread. Spread cheese mixture over
steaks. Return to broiler pan and broil 15-30 seconds or until cheese
melts. Serve with broccoli.
