INGREDIENTS

2 tb Crumbled Roquefort; (it's available)
1/2 c Sour cream
1 ts Vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Chopped parsley
1/4 ts Tarragon

INSTRUCTIONS

Put roquefort into a bowl and mash it well. Gradually stir in the sour
cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and tarragon. Stir well. Refrigerate
or serve.
