INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/375°F.
2. Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser.
3. Place teaspoonfuls on a well greased baking tray and bake in the
preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until set and lightly golden.
4. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

NOTES : As light as a feather, and smelling of rosemary - that
indescribable aroma - these make delicious morsels to go with a cup of
China tea. They stir very well in tightly-sealed plastic bags.
