INGREDIENTS
1/2 | lb | Frozen pizza or bread dough |
thaw | ||
1 1/2 | T | Oil |
1 | T | Fresh rosemary, chop or 1 |
teaspoon dried crumble | ||
1/4 | t | Cracked black pepper |
1/4 | t | Coarse salt |
1/2 | c | Roasted red peppers, dice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10" circle; place on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 c red peppers.
