1 c Sugar, granulated
2 Egg, or egg substitute
2 c Flour, all-purpose
1 t Baking soda
1/2 t Cinnamon, ground
1/4 t Salt
2 c Oatmeal, Quick or old
fashioned uncooked
1 c Raisins
1 c Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and dry ingredients. Bake
at 375 for 15 minutes. Watch to see the bottoms don't burn. Posted to
