INGREDIENTS
4 | lb | Round steak, browned |
2 | Carrots, sliced | |
2 | Onions, sliced | |
1 | Dry onion-mushroom soup mix | |
1 | 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of | |
mushroom soup | ||
1 | Soup can water |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place half of the round steak, carrots and onions in slow cooker. Combine soup mix with cream of mushroom soup and water. Pour half of gravy mixture into slow cooker. Repeat layering. Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
