4 inch pieces
Flour
2 T Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 14.5-oz whole tomatoes
1/4 t Basil
1/4 t Oregano
1 ds Black pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 4-oz roasted whole green
chiles diced
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in skillet. Dredge steak in flour and brown in oil. Add other
ingredients. Cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.  MRS JOHN
