INGREDIENTS

5 tb Orange juice
1 ts Minced ginger
1 ts Minced garlic
1 tb Lite soy sauce
1/4 c Rice vinegar
1 pn Cayenne, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

This is a great salad dressing recipe I got from some cookbook and modified
to be fat free by omitting 1 Tbsp sesame oil. The orange juice prevents the
dressing from being overly sour in the absence of oil.
Whisk together all ingredients with a fork. Posted to fatfree digest V97
