INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pan, lightly brown the almonds in the margarine, stirring often.
Add the dates and sultanas or raisins. Continue to cook and stir until the
fruit is plumped. Place the cooked rice over the fruits and nuts and cover
pan. Let cook over low heat (or in low oven), 10 to 20 minutes, until
heated through.
Just before serving, sprinkle rice with rose water and additional almonds
and orange peel.
