Name: Ruth Agar's Avacado Soup
Ingredients: 1 c Pur.ed avocado; 1 c Sour cream; 1 cn (10.75-oz) chicken broth; 1 tb Lemon juice; 2 tb Orange Curacao (up to); 1/4 ts Nutmeg; Salt to taste; Pepper to taste; Lime slices for garnish

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Pur.ed avocado
1	c	Sour cream
1	cn	(10.75-oz) chicken broth
1	tb	Lemon juice
2	tb	Orange Curacao (up to)

		Salt to taste
		Pepper to taste
		Lime slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine avocado, sour cream and chicken broth. Mix in blender until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Serve cold. Garnish with lime slices.  Yield: 4
servings.
