1 | Onion, chopped | |
1/2 | Bottle or a little more, PC | |
Memories of Cedar Springs | ||
Sage & Onion Sauce | ||
1/2 | c | Parsley |
1/3 | c | Raisins |
Salt & pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley, raisins, cook until raisins are softened. Add bread cubes, & enough PC sauce to moisten bread. Cook & stir a couple of minutes, add salt & pepper, cover & turn off heat. Let sit on element to blend flavors & keep warm, about 10 minutes. Put in chicken or turkey.
