4 oz Water
4 oz Milk
2 T Butter
2 T Honey
2 T Molasses
1/3 c Brown Sugar
1 T Gluten
1 t Lecithin
1 t Dough enhancer
1 t Salt
5 1/4 c Bread Flour
3/4 c Rye Flour
2 t Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

* I have substituted Applesauce for Butter ** I have substituted 2T
dry milk powder + 8 oz water for the water and milk combination. (I
also have a Zoji, larger size Regal, small and large Panasonic...but
the Regal seems to excel at dark flour breads, so I prefer to use it
for this bread. Regal is similar to the Chefmate, Trillium, and
