2 | oz | Tarragon vinegar |
4 | Cloves garlic, peeled | |
1 | T | Peppercorns |
1/4 | Lemon, peeled and seeded | |
8 | oz | Mazola salad oil |
1 | T | Sugar |
1/2 | T | Salt |
3 | oz | Bleu cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend on high until peppercorns are pulverized. Add balance of ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Will keep in sealed jar for 1 week. Do not refrigerate.
