INSTRUCTIONS
Combine chunks of a broiled cod fillet with steamed green beans, cut in 1-inch lengths, some minced red onion, and a few sliced cherry tomatoes. Toss the salad gently with a zesty dressing made from a tablespoon each of lime juice, raspberry vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with cilantro, jalapenos, salt and pepper. Add healthy calories from a carbohydrate, like wheat germ, and enjoy.
