Make dressing ahead, shake well and chill.
Mix salad ingredients together except noodles, add those just before
serving.
Shake dressing again just before pouring over salad then mix it in so
everything is coated.
NOTE: It doesn't look like enough dressing for all that salad, but it is
and tastes great. Hope you enjoy it.
