INGREDIENTS

1/2 | c | Onion, chopped |
2 | Tomatoes, diced | |
1/2 | c | Pepper, green diced |
12 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |

17 | oz | Corn, whole kernel drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
