Ingredients: 1 pk (3 oz.) Cream Cheese softened; 2 tb Mayonnaise; 2 tb Onion or Chives; finely chopped; 1 ds Tobasco or cayenne pepper; 25 Thin slices of Hard Salami

2	tb	Mayonnaise
2	tb	Onion or Chives; finely chopped
1	ds	Tobasco or cayenne pepper
25		Thin slices of Hard Salami

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend cream cheese, Mayo onion and tobasco sauce. Make 5 stacks of salami
slices; spread cheese mixture between slices. Chill thoroughly. Cut each
stack into 6 equal wedges. Serve each with a cocktail pick in the center.
