1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Cream cheese |
1 | c | Grated Cheddar cheese |
1 | c | Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash fillets & pat dry. Butter baking platter & arrange fillets in such a way that there is at least 1" of space around each one. Melt butter & stir in lemon juice & Tabasco. Brush lemon juice over fillets. In a pastry maker or food processor or bowl cream butter & cheeses. Add flour until dough just forms a ball. Divide dough into 4 sections & roll out on floured board until it is about 1/8" thick. Carefully cover each fillet with the pastry shell, tucking it in at the edges & trimming off any excess.
