Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using hands or a
spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake in
preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or cook in microwave oven for
about 7 min.). Serves 1-2.
Hint: I usually always double the recipe, since using only 1 tin of salmon
can only serve 1-2 if the people are just moderately hungry!
