Combine salmon and egg. Crush saltine crackers and add to salmon until you
can make patties (like hamburgers) which will hold together. Fry over
medium heat in about 1/4 inch of oil until medium brown. Drain. Some people
like either ketchup or mustard with them. I like them plain. (Family
Recipe.)
