INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
Drain, flake and remove bones from salmon. Mix with bread, egg, milk, lemon
juice and salt. Divide into fourths. Shape each into a patty; place in 8
inch square microwavable baking dish. Cover with paper towel.
Microwave on 70% power 6-7 minutes or until center is set, rotating dish
once. Combine yogurt, cucumber, onion and dill. Mix well. Spoon onto each
patty.
