INSTRUCTIONS
"Betty Crocker's Cookbook"
Mix egg, salmon, onions, cracker crumbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Shape into 3 patties, each about 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Heat margarine in 10"
skillet over medium heat until melted. Cook patties in margarine until
golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
Combine 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 2 tablespoons finely chopped
dill pickle, 1 tablespoon snipped parsley, 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento,
and 1 teaspoon grated onion; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes about 1 cup sauce: 100 calories per tablespoon.
Place a patty on each of 4 bun halves. Top each with cheese slice, lettuce,
tomato, Tartar Sauce and remaining bun half. Makes 4 sandwiches.
