INGREDIENTS
2 | lb | Salmon steaks or salmon |

1/2 | c | Melted butter |
2 | T | Lemon juice |
1 | t | Minced dill weed |
1/8 | t | Pepper |
Salt to taste | ||
1 | ds | Paprika |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the melted butter with seasonings. Arrange salmon on greased broiler rack and brush with half the seasoned butter. Broil 5 to 10 minutes. Carefully turn and brush with remaining butter mixture Broil 7 minutes longer or until fish can be flaked with a fork This recipe is easily adapted to baking, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes. To cut calories and cholesterol, skip the butter and coat baking dish with 3 or 4 sprays of butter-flavored no-stick cooking spray. Place salmon steaks or fillets in the dish and give the tops of the fish another 3 or 4 sprays. Sprinkle with lemon juice and seasonings.
