INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | lb | Salmon steaks or fillets |
2 | T | Dijon mustard |
1 | T | Olive oil |
1 | T | Honey |
1/4 | t | Lemon peel, grated fresh |
1 | T | Lemon juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place fillet on foil-lined baking sheet. Mix the mustard, oil, honey, lemon peel and lemon juice. Brush salmon with all of the mustard mixture.
