INSTRUCTIONS
* Substitute 2 Jalapeno or 3 Serrano chiles. ** Substitute 3 tb fresh lime
juice.
Combine all the ingredients, except the cilantro, and allow to sit for an
hour to blend the flavors. Toss with cilantro and serve.
