INSTRUCTIONS
Discard the husks from the tomatillos. Place them in a blender and add the
garlic and chiles.
Blend until pureed, but not liquefied.
Add salt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar, to taste.
Yield: about 1 1/2 cup
