INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lightly grease an 8x8x2-inch baking pan or dish.
2. Make 4 sandwiches, using some of the mustard and 2 slices cheese for
each. Place side by side in prepared pan.
3. With a fork, beat eggs, milk and salt in a bowl until blended. Pour over
sandwiches.
4. Cut remaining 2 slices cheese in half diagonally. Put 1 piece on top of
each sandwich. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24.
5. Heat oven to 350 F. Bake sandwiches uncovered 40 minutes, until puffed
and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
