INSTRUCTIONS
Finally, if you want to get fancy with the coconut water that you drained
from your fresh coconut, Steven Raichlen says to make Saoco:
Combine all of the ingredients except the ice in a shaker glass, and stir
with a spoon until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a stemmed
glass filled with ice.
