INGREDIENTS

3 | oz | Brown rice, cooked |
3 | oz | Mushrooms, sliced |
3 | oz | Carrots, sliced |
1 | oz | Scallions, chopped |
1 | oz | Tomato sauce |
1/2 | t | Oregano |
1/2 | t | Salt |
3 | oz | Spinach leaves |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with sunflower oil. Combine all ingredients together except spinach leaves. Mix well.
