INGREDIENTS
4 | T | Butter |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1 | 14 oz of crushed tomatoes | |
1 | t | Basil |
Salt & fresh ground pepper | ||
1 1/2 | T | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Hot milk |
1 | t | Nutmeg |
1/4 | c | Parmesan cheese, fresh |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt 2 tbsp butter and saut garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer while preparing rest of dish. Melt remaining 2 tbsp of butter and stir in flour. Cook, stirring until thickened.
