Boned, skinned chicken breasts, flattened for rolling |

Jar (12-oz) chicken gravy (or your own gravy) |

(15 1/4-oz) whole tomatoes, drained and chopped |

Dry thyme leaves -or- |

Fresh thyme |

Sweet vermouth (or apple juice) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix stuffing, water, and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Place on chicken,
roll and secure with wood picks.
Brown chicken in oil in a heavy skillet. Add gravy and remaining
ingredients. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
