INGREDIENTS
1 | 8 oz. tomato sauce | |
1/4 | c | Liquid honey |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1 | t | Soy sauce |
1 | t | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Garlic, minced | |
1 | t | Dried basil |
1 | t | Dry mustard |
1 | t | Salt |
Dash Tobasco sauce | ||
3 | lb | Lean beef short ribs |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except beef, mixing until well blended. Place ribs in deep bowl; add tomato sauce mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain ribs, reserving sauce. Barbecue ribs over medium coals, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing with sauce during last 10 minutes of cooking.
