INGREDIENTS

1 | pt | Water |
1 1/2 | lb | Sauerkraut |
1 | Raw potato, grated | |
1 | pn | Salt |
1 | pn | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring ham & water to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 1-1/2 hours. Place sauerkraut under ham in cooking liquid. Bring to second boil, reduce heat & simmer for 1 hour.
