INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut biscuits in half and press each half into
a med muffin tin about 1/4 up the sides. You will have biscuits left over,
so you can double the other ingredients to make 20. Mix remaining
ingredients. If mixture is very dry, add an additional egg. Spoon mixture
onto biscuits, filling tin. Bake 15-20 minutes, until bottoms are browned.
Serve warm. Substitutes: Chopped smoked sausage or ham of breakfast
sausage. Any type of cheese for the Cheddar. Edd subsitute for the whole
eggs.
