INGREDIENTS

8 Hard-boiled eggs
1 lb Sausage
1 Beaten egg
Bread crumbs
Parsley flakes
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Cover hard-boiled eggs tightly with sausage. Wet with beaten egg.
Cover with a mixture of bread crumbs, parsley flakes and paprika.  Bake
at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.  Recipe by: diane@keyway.net
