Ingredients: 1 lb Sausage; 2 tb Chopped onion; 6 tb Flour; 1 qt Milk; 1/4 ts Salt

Our gifts, our influence, our money, our knowledge, our health, our strength, our time, our senses, our reason, our intellect, our memory, our affections, our privileges as members of Christ’s Church, our advantages as possessors of the Bible – all, all are talents. INGREDIENTS

1	lb	Sausage
2	tb	Chopped onion
6	tb	Flour
1	qt	Milk
1/4	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook sausage in skillet. Add onion and cook until transparent. Drain all
but 2 tablespoons drippings. Stir in flour and cook until mixture bubbles
and turns golden. Stir in milk and cook until thickened.
